Who is ELEAH?

ELEAH is an acronym meaning Elbow Lake, Evansville, Ashby, and Hoffman.  The old name was Grant County Health Center.  This sounds too much like we are a county facility, but our operations are not affiliated with or governed by the county.  We do not receive any county or city funding to facilitate our day-to-day functions.  We are a private non-profit organization governed by a board of directors.
