Home Health Care

The ELEAH Medical Center Home Care Agency received its Home Care certification in 2000. Today it is a Medicare certified agency designed to provide home care to homebound chronically ill individuals. Mary Scherr, RN, ELEAH Home Care Manager, and the staff provide care in the home. The goal is to maintain the individual in their home and reduce hospital admissions.
