The Wellness Center was awarded the 2001 Blue Cross/Blue Shield "Champions of Health" award for a diabetic program that promotes exercise, weight loss, and support groups for any diabetic patient.

The wellness Center membership is free to diabetic patients and we offer a program for Blue Cross Blue Shield subscribers that will pay for a portion of your yearly membership dues.  See Chad or Lori for details.
